Come support Asbury Park Music Foundation on Friday, May 17th as they present their inaugural Where Music Lives Awards featuring Low Cut Connie with their full band. Asbury Park Music Foundation will be honoring the following organizations and people who have been key supporters of their mission: Senator Vin Gopal, 11th District, Majority Conference Leader The Spring Lake 5 Jeryl and Steve Oristaglio, Oristaglio Family Foundation Dorian Parreott, Board Member, Musician and Former Music Teacher, Asbury Park High School. APMF Mission Statement Asbury Park Music Foundation proudly provides music education to under-resourced students, helps the local music scene thrive and unites diverse communities through music. Low Cut Connie Bio Snippet For years now, Low Cut Connie has built its grassroots coalition of oddballs, underdogs, and fun-loving weirdos with songs that celebrate life on the fringes of polite society. The band’s infamously wild, passionate live shows provide a total release - of stress, of inhibition, of shame - working up a primordial rock n roll sweat for fans to get blissfully soaked in. I will be traveling today with limited access to email but will respond to any questions as soon as I'm able. I've also cc'd our marketing person, Melissa Peterson who can answer questions or make tweaks to the ad materials as needed. Thanks everyone. -Sean
